KP SAG REFERENCE LIST

The KP SAG archive contains approximately 4,000 volumes of calculation reports, representing roughly the same number of successfully solved problems in the field of strength and lifetime analysis of equipment for the chemical industry, nuclear energy, and other related industries.

Furthermore, KP SAG engineers carried out technical supervision of the documentation for all pressure vessels manufactured at the Královopolská strojírna plant in Brno. This supervision involved ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (including calculation standards) in accordance with contractual requirements. Each pressure vessel was issued a design approval certificate forming an integral part of its technical documentation. The pressure vessels covered a wide range of designs and applications, including units for nuclear power plants, columns, heat exchangers, mixers, storage tanks, filters, chlorine barrels, and other special vessels. In total, more than one thousand pressure vessels were delivered, both as parts of investment units and as standalone products. Examples include Slovnaft Bratislava, CHZ Litvínov, Duslo Šaľa, the Dukovany, Temelín, and Jaslovské Bohunice NPPs, steam reformers in Russia, and refineries in Iraq, Syria, and other countries.

With the takeover of the design department of the former parent company KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ RIA a.s. on October 1, 2019, KP SAG also took over the intangible part of this company's references, which in the period 1996-2017 implemented more than 250 projects with an accumulated value of over CZK 20 billion.
