This core group is supported by four managers and the tender, implementation, quality management, and administration departments.

Job description
- Static and dynamic calculations of steel structures, assessment and design of steel technological platforms, structures, apparatus, equipment, etc
- Design and construction activities
- Creation of drawings and construction documentation
